Holidays and employee care
1, Marriage: If male employees marry when they are 25 or above, they can enjoy 10 days off with pay. If female employees marry when they are 23 or above, they also can enjoy 10 days off with pay.
2, Maternity leave: Female employees during this tenure enjoy less than 90 days of maternity leave, while male employees can enjoy 3 days of paid paternity leave. After the expiration of maternity leave, female employees with a one year old child can enjoy an hour a day of nursing leave. 
3, Annual leave: Working less than one year, employees can enjoy 5 days of paid annual leave a year; after each additional year of employment, the staff member receives a supplementary day of paid annual leave.
